This policy explains what personal information NurseLumos collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, and anything you include in your message when you get in touch.
• Enrollment information needed to deliver a service: your educational background and goals, as you describe them to us.
• Learning platform activity for enrolled students: class attendance, assignment submissions, and instructor feedback.
• Payment information is handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and limited details such as the last four digits of the card. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and confirm whether we can help.
• To deliver classes and advisory sessions you have paid for.
• To send you class schedules, changes, and information about your enrollment.
• To handle payments, refunds, and our own record keeping.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need in order to operate: our payment processor, our email provider, and our hosting and learning platform infrastructure. They may only use the information to provide those services to us. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enrollment and payment records for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to enrollment are deleted once they are no longer relevant.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

International students

Our services are delivered online and some students are outside the country we operate from. Your information may be processed in the countries where we and our service providers operate.
