These terms apply when you purchase or use services from NurseLumos, operating from Canada. By enrolling in a class or booking a consultation, you agree to them.

What we provide

• Live online classes. Scheduled sessions on nursing subjects, taught by an instructor and delivered through our learning platform at teaching.nurselumos.com.
• Nursing study advisory. One-on-one guidance on nursing programme and school options, credential recognition, and exam preparation planning.

What we do not provide

• Immigration services. We do not provide immigration or visa advice, representation, or application services of any kind. Our guidance covers education and study options only. For immigration matters, consult a licensed immigration professional.
• Guaranteed outcomes. We do not guarantee exam results, admission to any institution, employment, or any licensing or professional registration outcome.
• Medical or clinical advice. Our materials are educational. They are not clinical guidance and must not be relied on for patient care.

Your account

Enrolled students receive an account on our learning platform. Keep your login details private and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

Course materials

Materials we provide are for your personal study only. Do not redistribute, resell, publish, or share them outside the class you enrolled in.

Payment

Fees are confirmed with you before you enroll. Services are paid as one-time purchases at the time of booking or enrollment. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy.

Scheduling and changes

Class times are published on the learning platform. If a session has to be rescheduled or cancelled, we notify enrolled students and either arrange a replacement session or refund the affected portion under the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Treat instructors and other students respectfully. We may suspend or end access, without refund, for behaviour that disrupts a class, harasses others, or breaches these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
